A bespoke design where comfort and nature meet
A two floor apartment overlooking the Mediterranean sea, where well-being aligns with design providing unique sensations in an elegant space. Referring to essential materials such as timber and stone, and having a panoramic levitated seaview, we were able to convey the sense of privacy and solitude in nature. Contemporary space was created by engaging pure forms and volumes which bring elegance enhanced by technology.
Living Kitchen
Step into a modern walnut veneer kitchen with light faux marble accents, seamlessly integrated into an open living space. The storage cabinet doors showcase natural walnut, while the dark oak structure adorns the kitchen appliances and island bar. A marble-look quartz countertop ties the elements together seamlessly. Elevated to ceiling height, the kitchen combines monolithic aesthetics with practicality, addressing the challenge of organizing kitchenware. Gaining maximal functionality, the kitchen features a custom-made hood above electrical induction and gas cooktops on the bar island, complementing the solid walnut counter for a luxurious and efficient culinary space.
Earthy tones and nature
The selection of wallpapers draws inspiration from the natural elements of lagoon scenery, foliage, and the animal kingdom. The flooring consists of broad parquet planks, extending perpendicular to the main facade throughout the entire apartment.
Timber wave and hammered brass
The selection of wall coverings was influenced by warm earthy tones and timber finishes, creating a cozy ambiance for the occupants. The decorative timber panels not only enhance the snug atmosphere but also contribute to a distinctive aesthetic and acoustic experience. Throughout the project, brushed bronze and brass accents complement the decor.
The spiral staircase features a hammered bronze railing on the outer side and an inner side adorned with timber veneer inspired by Pirarucu fish skin. The floating oak steps are illuminated during the night, adding a touch of elegance. The bottom of the staircase is clad in the same oak as the steps, fostering a sense of continuity between the floors.
Elevated serenity
The raised bed podium within the primary bedroom epitomizes a haven of calmness and serenity. Providing an enhanced view of the Mediterranean horizon, the bed's backdrop features backlit faux onyx with emerald tones. Flanking each side of the bed are pendant mountain dome shaped chandeliers, creating a symbolic ambiance with the blue sea view in front and the lush greenery of Troodos mountains behind. Adjacent to the master bedroom, a semi-outdoor terrace beckons for intimate relaxation amid vibrant green plants and tiles adorned with floral patterns.
The wardrobe transition
The walk-in wardrobe seamlessly connects the bedroom and bathroom, integrating with custom decorative wall panels and frameless doors. Designed intricately based on the client's habits, the space features dominant grey reflective glass, balancing openness, semi-transparency, and preservation.
This cutting-edge wardrobe system redefines the spatial layout, providing minimalism, elegance, and ample floor-to-ceiling storage. Integrated lighting enhances item visibility through decorative glass, creating an exciting warm lantern effect. The central focus is the levitating island, exuding sophistication under vibrant chandelier pendants.
Marble and bronze symphony
In this opulent space, two exquisite marble tones take center stage: Verde Alpi graces the floors and backdrop wall, while Calacata Elite adorns the remaining walls. A completely symmetrical vanity, meticulously crafted from teak and fluted oak, complemented by towering full-height mirrors that enhance the room's grandeur.
The lighting the mirror frames forms a mystical portal, reflecting a free-form chandelier positioned between the vanities and above the freestanding bathtub. All sanitary fittings and accessories feature a brushed bronze finish, seamlessly aligning with the project's design accents.
